How do it work?
Custom Grillz Process (4 Steps)
1. Place your order
You will receive an easy-to-use mold kit delivered to your door in 2-4 days.
2. Make your mold at home
Take a mold of your teeth using the kit, then send it back to us.
(If you prefer to get a dentist to do the mold or provide your own mold, that is completely fine. )
3. We handcraft your Grillz
Once we receive your mold, our team goes to work creating your custom set. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.
4. Ready to wear
We ship your finished Grillz straight to you - perfectly fitted & ready to wear straight out of the box.
180-day time limit
Due to the fluctuating prices of gold and silver, we cannot hold open orders indefinitely.
- The Deadline: You must return your completed dental impressions within 180 days (approx. 6 months) of receiving your kit.
- The Policy: If we do not receive your molds within this timeframe, your order will be marked as ”Abandoned”.
- No Refunds: Abandoned orders are closed and non-refundable to cover material reservation and administrative costs.
To restart an expired order, a new purchase at current market prices will be required.

- No cancellations or returns once production has started.
- Deposits are non-refundable after a design and mock-up are provided.

Each set is made to order specifically for you. As soon as your order is placed, we begin preparing materials and production—so all orders are final.

Do I need to visit a dentist for my mold?
Nope! We make the process easy and convenient for you:
1. DIY Home Kit (Recommended)> With every grillz order, we include our easy-to-use ICEGIANT Grillz Mold Kit. You can complete your perfect impression from the comfort of your home and simply mail it back to us for production.
2. Professional Dental Scan/Mold> If you prefer a professional option, you can visit your local dentist for a traditional mold or a 3D scan. If you choose a 3D scan, please have your dentist email the STL files directly to m0@kingjy.com
Can I order from outside the USA? (International Shipping)
Absolutely, yes! We are proud to serve our global clientele.
Our international ordering process is seamless:
- Order & Ship: Place your order for the custom piece you love, and we will ship the ICEGIANT Grillz Mold Kit directly to your international address.
- Mold & Return: Follow the easy instructions to create your perfect impression and ship the mold back to us.
- Produce & Final Ship: Once we receive your mold, we’ll expertly craft your custom gold or silver grillz and ship the finished piece back to you, ready to wear straight out of the box!
How do I get a quote and design for my grillz?

What happens if I wait too long to send my molds back?
All orders have a 180-day validity period.
Because metal prices change frequently, we cannot hold orders open indefinitely. Here is our policy for inactive orders:
- The Deadline: Molds must be returned within 180 days of receiving your kit.
- Abandoned Status: Orders older than 180 days are marked as “Abandoned.”
- No Refunds: Once abandoned, the order is closed and non-refundable (funds are retained to cover setup and opportunity costs).
- Restarting: You will need to place a new order at the current price if you miss the deadline.

Fit, Comfort, & Dental Conditions
Can I get grillz if I have a missing tooth?
Yes! We specialize in custom work. We can craft our gold and silver grillz to work with broken, chipped, or missing teeth, covering them up to restore a natural or desired look.
I have retainer wire, is that a problem?
Not at all! We are highly experienced in working around permanent or bonded retainer wires. We will custom craft your gold or silver grillz to fit perfectly and comfortably over the top of the retainer, ensuring a seamless fit without any issues.
My teeth are crooked, will that be a problem?
Not a problem at all! Our custom design process allows us to shape the gold or silver grillz for a perfect fit. We can even make your teeth appear straighter by custom shaping the precious metal to create a more uniform and natural-looking appearance.
Can I eat, drink and smoke with them?
Eating is not recommended. As for drinking, we recommend taking your grillz out if they are silver, as certain chemicals in beverages can accelerate the tarnishing process.
Can I smoke with the grillz in?
We recommend taking them out. Smoking with the grillz in will cause a reaction from the heat, which can unfortunately turn the back of the grillz black. If you choose to smoke with them in, please do so at your own risk. 
Can I wear them 24/7?
You are welcome to wear your Grillz as often as you like throughout the day. However, for safety reasons and proper oral hygiene, we strongly advise against sleeping with them in.
How long do the grillz last?
We only work with precious metals (gold and silver) for our custom grillz, which are designed to last a lifetime. As long as you care for them properly, the metals we use will outlive you!
Note on Silver: Silver’s color will naturally tarnish over time—this is unavoidable for all silver jewelry. However, proper care can prolong its brilliance, and any tarnish can be easily repaired with a simple professional polish.
